Still Here

Things are happening, but it feels like nothing is happening.
Gathered some more dandelions today to make some dandelion chips, a la kale chips.

Turned out pretty good, a bit more bitter than kale obviously, but good.  I cooked these for about 3 minutes at 350 degrees.

In other news:

-I got my pressure cooker!  I'd highly recommend getting one if you're thinking about it.  I'm not at all into technology for technology's sake, but this thing is a great invention.  So far, I've cooked beans with a ham hock (in under half an hour!), and potatoes.  Not only does it save energy by shortening the cooking time, but it saves water too.  I cooked 8 medium to large potatoes with 1 cup of water!

-We are officially land owners, yay!!!

-My baby's turning 1 on the 17th.  So glad to have her in my life.
