It's Dandelion Time!


Around here we seem to be at the tail-end of "the winter that never was".  Lots of warm days, no major snowfall, and plenty of signs of spring by February.  One that I was excited about this year was dandelions coming up.  They're best to eat (less bitter) before the flowers come up.  I gathered some today, boiled for a couple minutes, drained the water and drank it and then added the greens to some cheesy hash browns and eggs.
